Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến thực hành dựa vào bằng chứng của điều dưỡng lâm sàng tại Bệnh viện 19 - 8, Bộ Công an năm 2025

Abstract

Objective: To analyze some factors affecting evidence-based practice of Clinical Nursing at Hospital 19-8, Ministry of Public Security in 2025.
Subjects and methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study on 304 clinical nurses working at Hospital 19-8, Ministry of Public Security from December 2024 to May 2025.
Results: Among the factors affecting the hospital environment, support from leaders and colleagues, especially experienced nursing colleagues, is are positive factors that help nurses apply information sources to their practice. In addition, lack of time, lack of resources, and lack of tools to search for research reports are prominent barriers. On the individual level, limited English reading comprehension, lack of IT skills, limited research reporting skills and limited evidence application skills were noted as major barriers. In addition, the study noted that the workplace had a significant influence on the selection and use of information sources in care (Nurses in the Foreign Sector had a higher level of use of information sources in practice than those in the Domestic Sector).
Conclusion: Hospitals need to strengthen training and develop evidence-based practice capacity, apply technology to support clinical decision making, build a continuous learning environment, standardize and improve clinical guidelines, while strengthening training, standardizing guidelines and having an equivalent support system for departments (especially departments in the Internal Medicine Division) to promote evidence-based nursing practice.
