Evaluated the healing effect of NCB ointment on thermal burn wounds in rat.

Abstract
The study evaluated the healing effect of NCB ointment on thermal burn wounds in rats. Rats were divided into 3 groups, each of 8 animals, burned with a thermal burn device. Group 1 applied physiological saline gauze, group 2 applied Silvirin, group 3 applied NCB, change the dressing of the burn daily.
Results: Follow-up for 28 days showed that NCB ointment has the effect of reducing inflammation; reducing secretions, and pus; accelerating the epithelialization process; helping to create beautiful granulation organization; accelerating the process of narrowing the burn area; improving burn scar quality; comparable to that of the Silvirin.
Conclusion: NCB ointment has a good effect on healing heat burns in rats.
