Abstract

High-voltage electrical burns are severe burns with a high mortality rate. It is reduced or loss of motor function and high disability rates. The clinical-stage is often severe with extensive and deep burns accompanied by a lot of complications such as acute renal failure, secondary bleeding, infections and gangrene. Correct and early diagnosis, aggressive treatment, escharotomy, early amputation when the tissue can't preserver, combined with complicated treatment which plays an important role in creating success in the treatment of serious high-voltage electrical burn patient.
