Overview of a new would treatment: Use autologous whole blood clot

Abstract
Vết thương mạn tính (VTMT) hoặc không liền được định nghĩa là vết thương (VT) tiến triển chậm qua các giai đoạn liền vết thương (LVT), hoặc bị gián đoạn hoặc chậm liền do các yếu tố bên trong và bên ngoài tác động lên VT hoặc yếu tố cá thể (Sibbald et al, 2015; Woo et al, 2015; Woo et al, 2018) [1-3]. Vết thương không liền có thể cho thấy sự hiện diện của màng sinh học. VTMT hay gặp bao gồm loét tiểu đường, loét mạch máu (loét tĩnh mạch và động mạch), loét do tỳ đè và khối u ác tính. Quản lý, chăm sóc theo dõi và điều trị VTMT và các bệnh lý tiềm ẩn là điều cần thiết.
