Evaluate the results of care and rehabilitation of stroke patients after the acute phase in the 105 Military Hospital

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the results of care and rehabilitation of stroke patients after the acute phase.
Subjects and methods: A prospective, cross-sectional study was conducted on 131 stroke patients after the acute phase at the Department of Neuropsychiatry, 105 Military Hospital, from April to October 2021.
Results: The mean age of the patients was 63.5 ± 12.9 years old; common clinical symptoms are hemiplegia (100%), language disorder (90,8%); Common medical history is hypertension (71.0%), diabetes (14.5%), nursing interventions are applied regularly including pathological diet (97.7%), early rehabilitation exercise (96.9%), position change 95.4%.
Conclusion: Nursing interventions should be initiated early in stroke patients to minimize possible sequelae.
