Assessment of nursing about knowledge On nutritional care and supporting patients of at the Le Huu Trac National Burn Hospital

Abstract
Objectives: Describe the reality of the knowledge of nursing on nutritional care for burnt patients at Le Huu Trac National Burn Hospital.
Subjects and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study on 100 nurses in clinical departments at Le Huu Trac National Burn Hospital. Use self-completed pre-written questionnaires. The data collection period is from 11/2022 to 1/2023.
Results: The highest percentage of nurses who were aware of the regulations on nursing care tasks of nurses was 76%, knowledge of nursing support for patients was 73% and knowledge of nutrition for patients with burns was 61% and low. especially knowledge about nutritional risk screening for burn patients with a rate of 55%.
Conclusion: General knowledge about nutritional care of people's burns of nurses at Le Huu Trac National Burn Hospital is quite good, good has a rate of 57%.
