Nhiễm trùng Mycobacteria tăng trưởng nhanh ở da và mô mềm gây ảnh hưởng tới kết quả phẫu thuật thẩm mỹ và di chứng không hồi phục. Điều trị bao gồm phẫu thuật thêm và điều trị kháng sinh kéo dài dưới chỉ dẫn của thử nghiệm nhạy cảm thuốc. Chúng tôi báo cáo các trường hợp nhiễm trùng Mycobacterium abscessus vùng phẫu thuật sau hút mỡ, bơm mỡ tự thân tại cơ sở thẩm mỹ được cho là lây nhiễm trong quá trình quá trình phẫu thuật.
