Abstract

Microsurgery is often prolonged and made under endotracheal general anesthesia. Microsurgery on bigeminal ventricular premature beat patient presents many risks and is a challenge for anesthesiologist. Good preparation for the patient before the surgery and endotracheal general anesthesia combining with treatment protocol of perioperative ventricular premature beat are factors contributing to successful anesthesia in the patient.
